A high performance primer designed specifically for adhering fast sat polyurethane polyureas to sandblast steel, concrete and a wide range of other substrates and polymers. This primer also uniquely can be used as a "re-coat" primer for gaining adhesion to aged epoxy polyurethane and polyurea systems. This primer can be used in immersion applications.
