FOAM ARMOR
The Foam Armor System is an elastomeric plyurethan system that is designed as a tough durable flexible skin over EVA foam padding applications. The system is specifically formulated for the waterpark industry and is resistant to high UV and pool water immersion.

THE FOAM ARMOR PROCESS

STEP 1
FOAM ARMOR 3150
Designed as high build base coat and provides high flexibilitiy and puncture resistance. -
STEP 2
FOAM ARMOR 2200
A specialty alphatic polyurethane designed as the flexible /elastomeric color coat and provides outstanding color and gloss resistance and durability. -
STEP 3
FOAM ARMOR 2205
Flexible aliphatic clear finish that increases the UV and chlorine resistant properties of the system.
FOAM ARMOR APPLICATION TYPES
Onsite Flex Foam Repair / Refinish
Option 1: If the flex foam project is simply faded or
bleached, then you just need our flexible FOAM ARMOR 2200
color coat and FOAM ARMOR 2205 clear coat
Option 2: If the flex foam project has gouges or tears
in the surface, then you need to add the Foam Armor 3150
high-build durable polyurethane rubber base coat prior to
applying the FOAM ARMOR 2200 color coat/2205 clear coat.
